Mandhelling, sometimes referred to as Java, is grown on the island of Sumatra. It's noted for its richness, and full-body, and leaves many craving its pronounced, deep-tone and gentle finish. It has relatively low acidity, but deep enough to keep the cup vibrant and interesting. The flavour, like the body, is robust, smooth and full.
